Terms of Service

VERSION 2.4.0 — APRIL 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DentalScanCenter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinical practice or diagnostic center, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Professional Use Only

The DentalScanCenter infrastructure is designed for licensed dental professionals and radiologists. You represent and warrant that:

  • You hold a valid medical or dental license.
  • You will only use the scans for diagnostic purposes.
  • You maintain appropriate patient consent protocols.
  • You will not share credentials between users.

3. Infrastructure Uptime

While we strive for 99.98% uptime (the "Precision Pulse" status), we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to cloud scans during periods of critical network maintenance or global fiber disruptions. Emergency offline protocols are provided to all Clinical Partners.

4. Liability & Data

DentalScanCenter provides diagnostic visualization tools. Final clinical decisions, treatments, and surgical plans are the sole responsibility of the attending physician or specialist. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the infrastructure service.

5. Account Security & MFA

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all Specialist and Admin level accounts. Failure to secure an authorized station or unauthorized sharing of access keys constitutes a material breach of these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Reverse engineering the CBCT visualization engine.
  • Automated scraping of clinical databases or specialist directories.
  • Using the infrastructure to transmit malware or unauthorized medical advertising.
  • Interfering with the "Precision Pulse" diagnostic sync protocols.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, and diagnostic interfaces are the exclusive property of DentalScanCenter. Clinical scan data remains the property of the patient/provider as per local medical records laws, but you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process such data to perform the Service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is primarily operated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the relevant metropolitan center.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate clinical security standards or fail to maintain valid medical credentials as verified by our compliance desk. Upon termination, data export services will be provided for a period of 30 days to ensure continuity of care.
